But make sure you alternate with your regular shampoo because any anti-dandruff Shampoo is very strong.

 

Also, make sure that you club it with a conditioner that has deep conditioning properties.

 

So that helps to retain the moisture in your hair.

 

Having some amount of oil and grease on your scalp is absolutely normal in fact it's healthy.

 

Use a clarifying shampoo which controls your ph level.

 

Now when you using a clarifying shampoo, only shampoo your scalp and not your hair because a clarifying shampoo will land up drying your hair even more.

 

Make sure you club it with a good conditioner.

 

If your hair is prone to hair fall or breakage that’s because your hair is very fragile.

 

Make sure you take good care of your hair if you ever have to detangle your hair use a wide tooth comb.

 

Second thing if you’re using a shampoo use a shampoo for hair fall.

 

Something that strengthens your hair from root tips, for example, a bar stimulates GL from Kerastase is good for your hair.

 

All you coffee drinkers out there, I have extremely bad news for you that caffeine is not good for your hair.

 

It causes a lot of dehydration.

 

So what you need to do is replace it with smoothies, fruit juices, herbal tea etc.

 

But try to cut caffeine as much as possible if you need good and shiny hair.

 

Include a lot of zinc in your diet also include ginger, garlic, avoid junk food and a lot of sugar.

 

Drink 8-10 glass of water a day as it cleans the toxins from your system.
